Lead development and execution of a strategic internal communications program to boost employee engagement, alignment, and culture across a remote-first workforce. Advise executives, manage change communications, build a high-performing team, create story-driven content across channels, establish governance and measurement, and align internal messaging with external brand and university partners.

Lead end-to-end execution of complex cross-functional projects for the Student Success Center. Translate strategy into project plans, coordinate stakeholders, manage intake and priorities, document processes, build PMO governance and playbooks, and provide reporting and executive communications.

Lead end-to-end Salesforce-centric architecture and integrations across cloud platforms (.NET, Azure, AWS). Design scalable, secure solutions, oversee data migrations, mentor engineers, and contribute hands-on development and operational troubleshooting.
