Implement and validate low-level embedded software for vehicle systems (battery, energy, power distribution). Design reliable embedded architectures, develop DC/DC and fault detection features, write automated Unit/SIL/HIL tests, and collaborate with systems and test engineers to define, validate, and debug algorithms.

Manage ECU NPI material readiness by coordinating with suppliers, PCBA contract manufacturers, and cross-functional teams. Track BOM procurement, issue and monitor purchase orders and invoices, produce material readiness and risk reports, drive mitigation strategies, and oversee budget roll-ups for R&D CapEx/OpEx.

Develop and maintain performance-sensitive embedded telematics software using Modern C++ or Rust. Develop certification strategies, coordinate testing with third-party labs and internal assets, manage test readiness and resources, integrate regulatory timelines into program plans, drive cross-functional debugging, and create scalable compliance processes and documentation for global approvals.

Lead architecture and delivery of org-scale agentic LLM applications and cognitive automation. Define LLM integration strategy, build scalable, fault-tolerant distributed ML systems, drive engineering standards, align cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders, and mentor engineering talent.

Lead hardware systems architecture for vehicle wireless and VAS technologies. Define and validate system-level performance requirements, design and run characterization/automation on prototypes and test vehicles, analyze RF/power/compute bottlenecks, and develop hardware/software tools for automated RF KPI measurement and validation to inform architecture decisions.
