Leads ECU sustaining engineering and technical program management across zonal, battery, infotainment, connectivity, and vehicle access systems. Builds the sustaining organization, establishes plant and field triage processes, manages RMAs, failure analysis, engineering changes, supplier escalations, component obsolescence, supply continuity, and cost-down initiatives. Oversees outsourced engineering partners and contract manufacturers, including statements of work, capacity, quality, spend, and deliverables. Partners across engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and vehicle programs while driving KPIs and continuous improvement.

Develop and optimize computer vision and AI features for embedded automotive systems. Responsibilities include architecting low-latency pipelines, optimizing workloads across CPU, GPU, NPU, and DSP hardware, integrating deep learning inference, prototyping perception algorithms, and collaborating with product, research, and engineering teams.

Lead design reviews, validation planning, and bench characterization for infotainment and connectivity ECUs. Test power integrity, high-speed interfaces, RF performance, thermal behavior, protection, fault recovery, and firmware interactions. Develop Python automation, analyze large datasets with AI tools, create DFT reports, investigate failures, and drive cross-functional issues to closure. The role requires extensive laboratory instrumentation experience, electrical and RF fundamentals, and collaboration with design, firmware, reliability, and manufacturing teams.
