Coordinate cross-functional teams, conduct client meetings, provide status reporting, drive decision-making, and improve delivery processes. The role is client-facing, may be remote or office-based in the United States, and includes occasional evening, weekend, and travel support for go-live activities.

Research, qualify, and engage prospective healthcare clients via phone, email, HubSpot, and LinkedIn. Build tailored messaging and business cases, maintain Salesforce data, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support lead follow-up, and assist with conference logistics and meetings to drive pipeline growth.
