Leads PeopleX’s AI transformation strategy and roadmap, prioritizes HR use cases, and owns the AI Front Door for People Operations. Designs and deploys AI agents, LLM assistants, automated workflows, and knowledge solutions across Workday, ServiceNow, and related systems. Partners with People Systems and Enterprise Technology to redesign employee lifecycle processes, establish responsible AI controls, measure business impact, and build AI capabilities across HR Operations.

Lead visual design for Robinhood’s product experiences, shaping its design language across icons, color, typography, UI components, and scalable systems. Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers on high-impact launches, evolve an AI-ready design system, advocate for design excellence, and mentor through critiques and shared best practices.

Lead content design for a high-visibility financial product from early concept through national launch. Create UI content, terminology, content patterns, and scalable systems while partnering with product, design, engineering, legal, research, data science, marketing, and executives. Present strategic decisions, mentor the content and design community, use AI tools to accelerate iteration, and shape product direction under tight timelines.
