Teams at Robinhood

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable AI infrastructure, including model serving, feature stores, training systems, and ML observability. Partner with ML, data, and AI teams to improve workflows and reliability. Manage AWS CPU/GPU resources, establish monitoring standards, shape technical strategy, and mentor engineers. The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, production ML workflows, search systems, vector databases, and modern ML infrastructure tooling.

Design and build Robinhood’s agent platform, including orchestration, tool integrations, context and memory management, trajectory-level evaluations, simulation environments, and action guardrails. Ship production agentic applications, establish safety and evaluation standards, create reusable SDKs and CI gates, and provide technical leadership through architecture reviews, mentorship, and production-readiness decisions.

Own Robinhood’s community management strategy and daily engagement across X, Reddit, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram. Develop social content, moderate conversations, monitor sentiment, gather customer insights, execute community activations, and support product marketing campaigns. Translate social metrics and internet culture into actionable strategies while maintaining Robinhood’s brand voice and complying with strict financial regulations.
