Partner with sales to qualify opportunities and design scalable edge-based computer vision solutions. Translate customer needs into technical requirements, integrate hardware and software components, and advise on deployment, security, APIs, data handling, and model inference. Lead product demonstrations and proofs of concept, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer feedback and improvements. The role requires strong communication, computer vision and machine learning knowledge, cloud and edge infrastructure experience, programming skills, and approximately 40% travel.

Build, secure, scale, and maintain cloud infrastructure supporting SaaS products, databases, storage, search, microservices, and machine-learning pipelines. Operate Kubernetes workloads, automate infrastructure with Terraform and Helm, improve reliability and observability, optimize costs, define SLOs and SLAs, participate in incident response and on-call rotations, address vulnerabilities, support customer security integrations, and maintain compliance with SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR requirements.

Lead security for the full stack: design secure architectures, build CI/CD and IaC tooling, run threat modeling, red-team/pen tests, incident response, and operate the bug bounty program to prevent and remediate vulnerabilities.
