Supports Portfolio Strategy & Insights through project coordination, business and administrative operations, agile team facilitation, process optimization, AI-enabled workflow improvement, stakeholder follow-up, information synthesis, and change adoption. The role enables efficient execution across a global organization while coordinating priorities, tracking deliverables, supporting decision-making, and maintaining confidentiality.

Leads a global multidisciplinary Quantitative Safety Sciences team spanning data science, AI/ML, pharmacoepidemiology, and pharmacovigilance literature. Oversees data-driven safety analyses, modeling, literature evidence, regulatory deliverables, resource allocation, recruitment, performance management, and scientific quality. Partners cross-functionally to characterize medicine risks, improve analytical methods, and support clinical safety and risk-management strategies across Roche’s product portfolio.
