Build and ship conversational, AI-assisted Android features and high-performance UI within the Redfin app. Drive architecture for conversational interfaces, collaborate on code quality, documentation, testing, and work with product and design to deliver maintainable, user-centered experiences. May participate in on‑call rotation.

Design and implement complex Android platform projects, drive long-term Android strategy, build core frameworks and tooling, collaborate with product/design and teammates, review code and document best practices, evangelize Android best practices and AI code-generation tools, and participate in on-call rotation to support production systems.

Lead a team of native iOS and Android engineers to deliver customer-facing features across Redfin's apps. Own the mobile development lifecycle, collaborate with Product/Design/Backend/Data, recruit and mentor engineers, define technical strategy and roadmap, and improve developer productivity using modern AI-assisted tools.
