Supports complex IBM Z security conversion and migration engagements by analyzing customer environments, executing conversions, troubleshooting failed jobs, and maintaining conversion tools. The role also contributes to engineering practices, source control, testing, documentation, and responsible use of AI-assisted tools.

The Senior Accountant supports monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, consolidated financial reporting, audits, accounting documentation, and corporate accounting workstreams. Responsibilities include leases, accruals, debt, capitalized IT expenditures, multi-entity consolidation, foreign currency translation, intercompany eliminations, reconciliations, and close coordination. The role also administers Oracle, Blackline, and Lease Accelerator systems and partners with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and maintain accurate, audit-ready financial records.

Manage global and local compensation programs, including salary, incentive, equity, allowances, compliance, vendor relationships, surveys, billing, and administration. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, advise HR and business leaders, lead compensation initiatives and implementations, support M&A harmonization, maintain compensation content, and partner with HR, HRIS, payroll, finance, and international stakeholders.
