Lead and manage after-school and extended learning programs across multiple school sites, align after-school partners with instructional goals, coach staff, oversee enrollment and compliance for non-school day programs, analyze attendance and family feedback, and support regional program planning and audits.

Lead day-to-day execution of a new, AI-enabled elementary instructional model. Coach and develop teachers, run data-driven cycles, implement rotations and tools, monitor student mastery, partner with families, and surface model improvements. Support start-up school launch, occasionally teach, and manage instructional staff to ensure strong student growth.

Lead a K–5 school to drive academic achievement, build rigorous culture, develop and coach teachers, partner with families, manage school operations, and ensure data-driven personalized instruction.
