Lead campus operations including arrival, lunch, recess, dismissal, facilities, safety, and food service. Hire and coach hourly Operations Specialists, run compliance and safety processes, manage procurement and budgets, serve as on-site IT contact, and partner with school leadership to ensure systems support teaching and student safety.

Lead regional STEM instruction across California schools by owning STEM outcomes, coaching school leaders and teachers, ensuring curriculum fidelity, analyzing assessment data, designing professional development, and partnering with regional and national teams to improve student proficiency, growth, and equity.

Lead school operational functions to ensure a safe, efficient learning environment: manage enrollment, attendance, family engagement, health and safety, facilities, procurement, finance, and hire/manage operations staff. Serve as primary front-office contact for families, coordinate vendors and foodservice compliance, maintain records and emergency procedures, and support school leadership to remove barriers to student attendance and success.
