Build processes from scratch, solve ambiguous problems, drive commercial outcomes, and provide analysis that supports company and board decisions.

Lead product development to improve and scale AI voice agents for mortgage lenders. Launch new agent use cases, run evals and simulations, build systems that automatically assemble and maintain agents, optimize call scheduling, number selection, voicemail outcomes, and perform independent data analysis to prioritize features.

Drive high-impact engineering initiatives: build agentic AI systems for enterprise accounting, scale platform and financial data processing, design infrastructure for mission-critical workloads, and solve complex accounting workflows while owning major product areas and collaborating with customers.

Lead implementations for charter school customers, manage project plans and deliverables, provide post-launch support and training, perform data cleaning and analysis, support business development and account expansion, and contribute to general startup operational tasks.

Collaborate with CEO and engineers, work with customers on onboarding and embedded UI implementation, design the website and marketing visuals, and drive the visual brand.

Own roadmap and build banking integrations; design and prototype payments, compliance, and flows using AI tools; write high-fidelity specifications; validate AI-generated code; make architectural decisions; partner with legal/compliance; communicate via memos and documentation in an async-first workflow.
