Own end-to-end deployment and optimization of AI voice agents for mortgage lender customers. The role emphasizes strong writing, sound judgment, curiosity about AI, and comfort working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

The Founding Strategy and Operations Generalist will report to the CEO and initially own hiring strategy, talent sourcing, candidate evaluation, and closing. They will build AI tools to automate recruiting and later address critical business challenges across sales, product, finance, and people operations. The role requires high agency, strong interpersonal skills, intellectual curiosity, fluency with AI tools, and experience in consulting, finance, or a fast-paced startup. The position is based in San Francisco with four in-office days weekly.
