Teams at Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI)

Support administration and upkeep of core systems (Workday Projects, Adaptive, BI), build and maintain reports and dashboards, validate cross-system data, support project budgeting/forecasting, resource planning, user training, documentation, and process improvements to enable accurate financial reporting and operational readiness.

Own and lead RMI's Salesforce ecosystem: drive CRM strategy, integrations (Workday, APIs, Azure), platform administration, data hygiene, reporting, vendor management, governance, user adoption, and cross-functional delivery to support fundraising, programs, finance, and operations.

Lead research and analysis on electric rate design and building electrification economics; manage projects, budgets, and 1–3 junior staff; maintain Python and Excel rate-analysis tools; engage stakeholders and regulators; produce reports, presentations, and support donor/client proposals and grant reporting.
