Build relationships with independent veterinary professionals, execute high-volume outreach, manage a HubSpot pipeline, run local recruitment events, and match vets to hospital shifts to drive regional activation and engagement.

Partner with product, marketing, sales, and finance to identify and size growth opportunities, run experiments and quasi-experiments, build and maintain dashboards, author production SQL, and turn analyses into clear narratives that drive decisions and OKRs. Drive measurement, prioritize high-impact work, and raise analytical rigor across the growth squad.

Serve as primary enterprise support contact for veterinary hospital groups: triage and resolve tickets, maintain HubSpot and trackers, investigate recurring issues, coordinate cross-functional teams, escalate complex cases, and report trends to improve enterprise support workflows and customer experience.
