Lead FP&A activities including forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and board reporting. Provide strategic financial recommendations, coach finance team members, run cross-functional projects, and translate complex data into concise presentations to inform executive decisions.

Provide end-to-end executive support to the CEO and light support to other C-suite leaders: manage calendar, schedule travel, screen communications, plan meetings and events, handle expenses via Coupa, maintain records, manage inboxes, provide office backup, handle confidential information, and be available outside normal hours as needed.

The associate will support strategic planning and M&A initiatives, conduct market research, build financial models, prepare reports, and collaborate across teams.
