Provide end-to-end executive support to the CEO and light support to other C-suite leaders: manage calendar, schedule travel, screen communications, plan meetings and events, handle expenses via Coupa, maintain records, manage inboxes, provide office backup, handle confidential information, and be available outside normal hours as needed.

The associate will support strategic planning and M&A initiatives, conduct market research, build financial models, prepare reports, and collaborate across teams.

Lead corporate accounting, ERP strategy, and financial reporting for a multi-entity organization. Manage month-end close, consolidations, technical accounting (ASC 718, 842, 350-40, 805), audits, internal controls, treasury, procurement/AP, and a team of five. Champion AI-driven automation for journal entries, reconciliations, and cash forecasting while serving as a hands-on player-manager to accelerate reporting and deliver actionable insights to executives.
