Lead talent development strategy and oversee performance management and engagement programs across retail and corporate populations. Design, deliver, and facilitate learning, manage performance cycles, analyze engagement survey data, partner cross-functionally, manage vendors, and leverage technology (including AI) to scale programs and improve outcomes.
