Leads end-to-end footwear product development from concept through commercialization. Oversees technical decisions, fit and quality standards, costs, timelines, stage gates, PLM practices, factory partnerships, and supplier negotiations. Manages development strategy, budgets, resources, and a team while collaborating with design, merchandising, sustainability, production, and manufacturing partners to deliver sustainable footwear on time and within margin targets.

Support C-suite executives as a trusted thought partner by managing communications, calendars, travel, expenses, briefings, meetings, and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires discretion, sound judgment, adaptability, and strong organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced startup environment.

Lead the development and application of consumer insights and testing strategies in footwear. Analyze data to drive product recommendations for fit, comfort, and commercialization.
