Design and support high-voltage substation protection and control (P&C) systems for AIS and GIS substations. Prepare and review P&C drawings and deliverables, develop relay settings and protection philosophy, perform power system studies, ensure compliance with IEEE/NERC/NEC/NESC, support utility interconnection, provide QA/QC, site support, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead design and delivery of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) including DC and medium-voltage infrastructure, perform system studies (load flow, short circuit, ampacity), review manufacturer submittals, ensure code compliance and QA/QC, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, manage project scope/schedule/budget, and develop engineering standards and best practices.

Design complete substation (Air & GIS) and protection/control packages, produce single-line and three-line diagrams, layouts, grounding, cable routing, and BOMs. Design renewable collector systems (MV switchgear, transformers, inverters, BESS) and coordinate with engineers, drafters, and PMs. Support standards development, optimizations, and project delivery to meet client expectations.
