The role requires ownership of agent systems from architecture through production improvement and reuse.

Manage end-to-end revenue accounting for a public SaaS business, including monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, revenue and deferred revenue analysis, ASC 606 contract assessments, SSP compliance, NPI, SOX controls, and order-to-cash projects. Support revenue systems through NetSuite ARM, UAT, and post-launch validation while partnering cross-functionally on new sales models. Supports Rubrik’s Product Growth team by developing pricing, packaging, monetization, and margin strategies. Partners with Product, Marketing, Finance, and Engineering to operationalize business models, analyze market and product data, identify growth opportunities, and provide executive-ready recommendations. The role also involves cross-functional leadership, strategic problem-solving, and potentially developing AI tools for go-to-market initiatives.

Serve as a compensation partner for business units, advising on offers, job adjustments, retention, executive compensation, equity, and policy updates. Lead benchmarking, VP compensation reviews, compensation planning, promotion processes, audits, modeling, and organizational scorecards. Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, resellers, customers, and field teams to drive product improvements, enablement, and adoption. Analyze market trends and KPIs, document product status, communicate technical concepts, and support strategic initiatives across cloud, on-premises, virtualization, and data management environments.

Own strategic sourcing and 360-degree relationships with AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft, and other technology partners.
