Lead Rula’s provider growth strategy and execution, including supply-side acquisition, activation, retention, growth modeling, unit economics, funnel analytics, and cross-functional go-to-market alignment. Partner with executive leadership to expand care capacity, build a scalable operating system, and establish performance metrics. Initially operate as a strategic individual contributor, then build and mentor a dedicated Strategy and Operations or GTM team.

Lead and scale multi-channel lifecycle marketing programs across email, SMS, and push. Develop personalized campaigns, journeys, segmentation, experiments, and reporting to improve patient and provider engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Support teams while using analytics and A/B testing to optimize performance across B2B and D2C audiences.

Design end-to-end provider tools that streamline therapist workflows, reduce administrative friction, and enable AI-enabled clinical decisions. Lead 0→1 product work, partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Research, and deliver polished, accessible design systems and prototypes.
