Own 3-5 named $10B+ accounts end-to-end, win 1-2 seven-figure platform deals annually, build C-suite relationships, develop multi-year account and commercial strategies, drive expansion into new divisions, tie Runway to production workflows with measurable ROI, and relay market feedback to product and engineering.

Own the revenue organization’s technical systems and RevOps infrastructure. Build Salesforce integrations, enrichment pipelines, routing logic, agentic workflows, usage-based intent signals, reporting, deal desk automation, and churn or expansion detection. Connect GTM tools through APIs and webhooks, maintain data quality and observability, measure adoption and revenue impact, and partner with sellers and Product to improve enterprise revenue operations.

Design and produce high-volume performance marketing assets across video, motion, and static formats for paid social, display, and YouTube. Use Runway and other generative tools to create polished, on-brand creative. Own ad execution from concept through delivery, develop creative variants for testing, interpret performance data, support product launches, maintain templates and design systems, and collaborate with product marketing, growth, and creative teams.

Lead and scale Runway's Enterprise revenue segment (25-40 GTM teammates). Own new ACV and NRR targets, manage forecasting and pipeline discipline, engage C-level buyers, drive license consumption and renewals, hire and develop frontline sales managers and revenue pods, and operate revenue as P&Ls to achieve aggressive growth.

Full‑cycle growth AE responsible for a 40–60 account book, closing 25–40 deals annually. Qualify rapidly, expand usage to increase deal size, convert product signals into pipeline, and partner with an Engagement Manager to drive customer consumption and commission unlocks.

The Commercial Counsel will lead negotiations with customers and partners, implement commercial processes, and manage legal aspects within a fast-paced environment, specifically in the generative AI sector.

Provide high-volume inbound customer support across plans, escalate and triage technical issues, engage community channels, identify ticket patterns and recommend product improvements, create self-service content, contribute to process automation, and collaborate with product and enterprise support teams.

Own and optimize Runway's lifecycle marketing (primarily email): build segments, execute onboarding/activation/retention/monetization campaigns, run A/B tests, analyze performance, partner with product, creative, growth and data teams to improve user journeys and business outcomes.

Lead the developer platform strategy and roadmap for a generative video platform, driving API usage and revenue, while collaborating across teams.

Provide day-to-day IT support for a globally distributed AI company: triage help-desk tickets, provision and ship laptops, manage Google Workspace, enforce endpoint security and device compliance, run onboarding/offboarding, maintain SaaS seat/license management, support office networking/AV, write runbooks, and contribute to security, infrastructure, and automation projects as the first EMEA IT hire.

Own revenue accounting and Order-to-Cash: prepare journal entries, AR and deferred revenue reconciliations, invoicing, collections, revenue recognition workbooks, process improvements, controls, and audit support while partnering with Sales, FP&A, and Legal.

Operate and optimize paid search and emerging bidding platforms (Google Ads, ChatGPT Ads), managing seven-figure budgets across markets. Drive CAC-to-LTV optimization, run continuous experiments and incrementality tests, allocate spend by geo/campaign, and produce clear daily/weekly performance readouts. Collaborate with creative, product, analytics, and engineering on tracking, attribution, and landing page conversion.

Manage Runway's paid influencer and affiliate programs: identify and pitch creators (mainly YouTube), negotiate deals, handle contracts and payments, partner with agencies and growth for attribution/reporting, surface creator trends to inform creative strategy. Not a content production role.

Lead company-wide product marketing: define positioning across Creative, Dev, and Robotics; build a fast launch operating system; run competitive intelligence; enable GTM teams; write launch narratives and enablement materials; talk to customers; ship hands-on; and hire and scale a product marketing team.

Own end-to-end commercial lifecycle for Japan: source, qualify, negotiate, close enterprise deals, onboard and expand partners, represent Runway at events, translate market signals to product and GTM strategy, and track partnership performance using BI tools.

Provide high-impact executive support to up to six C-suite leaders: manage complex calendars and travel, coordinate meetings and VIP events, prepare expense reports, handle special projects (including international expansion), and build strong cross-functional relationships while anticipating needs and operating with discretion.

Build full-stack AI-powered video creation and collaboration tools, including rich multimedia interfaces, backend APIs, server-side processes, LLM-powered features, and conversational experiences. Work with generative AI, computer vision, and machine learning models in production. Improve system performance, reliability, and code quality while rapidly prototyping and delivering product features in a collaborative, high-ownership environment.

The role involves leveraging Runway to assist Enterprise clients, creating content, training users, and providing support while adapting to a fast-paced environment.

Lead developer relations for generative video and image model APIs: own developer funnel, onboarding, community events, content (tutorials, demos, repos), developer communications, and feedback loops to product and engineering to drive API adoption and engagement.

As a Design Engineer at Runway Labs, you will create AI video interfaces and tools, collaborating with teams on prototypes and user experiences in an exploratory lab setting.
