One-year fellowship for early-career lawyers supporting commercial contracting at an AI company. Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating SaaS, DPA, partnership, and vendor agreements; advising sales; improving contract processes and legal tools; researching generative AI developments; and contributing to privacy, IP, product counseling, or compliance projects.

Lead Runway’s social media strategy and operating model across major platforms. Define channel roles, manage launch and editorial calendars, support researchers and executives with social content, amplify creator work, coordinate with Research, Product, Communications, and Brand, and establish data-driven measurement. The role requires translating technical AI and research concepts for broad audiences while balancing creative judgment, strategic leadership, operational ownership, and hands-on execution.

Owns day-to-day HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, Rippling HRIS administration, immigration, leave and accommodations, benefits, performance cycles, engagement surveys, compensation programs, and compliance. Advises managers and employees on HR matters, improves policies and processes, and partners with the HR Manager to support a rapidly growing organization.
