Lead and grow a portfolio of national pharmaceutical and consumer health accounts, driving revenue, retention, and accurate forecasting. Develop complex, insight-driven digital media solutions, negotiate large multi-year deals, present to executive stakeholders, manage Salesforce pipeline, and collaborate with media, marketing, and product teams to deliver integrated advertising strategies.

Manage day-to-day operations of privacy and regulatory compliance programs including policy and documentation maintenance, regulatory monitoring, risk and gap assessments, training, vendor privacy frameworks, incident response, investigations, reporting, and metrics to ensure compliance with HIPAA, federal and state privacy laws, TCPA, FDA, and related regulations.

Provide administrative and clinical support to a clinical department by scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records and charts, ensuring HIPAA compliance, coordinating with clinical staff, handling communications (phones/emails), and adapting to changing business needs to support efficient patient care delivery.
