Lead pricing strategy and actuarial processes for specialty insurance portfolios. Develop and enhance pricing methodologies, models, and rating algorithms. Partner with underwriting, product, and executive teams to price large and complex accounts, monitor portfolio performance, and recommend corrective actions. Use data analysis and predictive analytics to inform product design, delegated authority programs, and strategic planning. Provide leadership to actuarial teams and communicate pricing insights to stakeholders.

Support pricing for MGUs by developing and improving pricing models (GLMs), analyzing portfolios, compiling statistics and dashboards, evolving rating tools, evaluating vendors, and communicating strategy with underwriting and carrier partners to drive growth and profitability.

Lead the development of quantitative models for credit risk underwriting, supervise analysts, and manage projects in the credit insurance domain.
