Identify and develop new customer business within an assigned territory using Ryder's sales process. Build sales pipelines, prepare value-based proposals, analyze prospect profitability, collaborate with internal teams to transition accounts, and report sales activity to meet quota. Create course outlines, scripts, storyboards, and apply evidence-based learning methodologies. Collaborate with SMEs, use Articulate 360, Camtasia, and Adobe tools, and manage projects to deliver high-quality learning solutions.

Lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and monthly close activities for the ChoiceLease product line. Consolidate and analyze financial data, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, produce ad-hoc reports, present results to senior leadership, and provide actionable recommendations to support planning and decision-making.

Lead startup deployments for Dedicated Transportation Solutions, training drivers and managers, ensuring operational consistency, creating processes, answering management-level questions, and supporting system testing and design. Requires extensive travel and temporary on-site assignment during startup periods.
