Teams at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

Manage daily fleet and transportation operations, including driver and vehicle scheduling, dispatch, routing, compliance, safety, equipment maintenance, budgets, and cost control. Lead dispatch staff, company drivers, and owner operators; recruit and train drivers; analyze performance and revenue reports; improve productivity and reduce turnover and operating costs. Flexible availability across work shifts is required.

Identify and develop new customer business within an assigned territory using Ryder's sales process. Build sales pipelines, prepare value-based proposals, analyze prospect profitability, collaborate with internal teams to transition accounts, and report sales activity to meet quota. Train and improve sales skills and maintain account profiles.

Manage assigned accounts to grow Ryder services adoption (lease, maintenance, fleet management, dedicated carriage). Build relationships, ensure contracted service delivery, monitor customer satisfaction, conduct account reviews, identify upsell opportunities, mentor sales staff, and act as liaison between customers and Ryder teams.
