Teams at Ryder Supply Chain Solutions

Identify and develop new customer business within an assigned territory using Ryder's sales process. Build sales pipelines, prepare value-based proposals, analyze prospect profitability, collaborate with internal teams to transition accounts, and report sales activity to meet quota. Train and improve sales skills and maintain account profiles.

Manage assigned accounts to grow Ryder services adoption (lease, maintenance, fleet management, dedicated carriage). Build relationships, ensure contracted service delivery, monitor customer satisfaction, conduct account reviews, identify upsell opportunities, mentor sales staff, and act as liaison between customers and Ryder teams.

Provide technical and customer support for downstream fueling facilities: troubleshoot and repair fueling systems, manage work orders and compliance, approve repair quotes, support capital projects, develop SOPs/BMPs, monitor KPIs, and communicate with contractors, customers, and internal stakeholders.
