Lead operational execution for lifecycle marketing: own campaign calendar for email and SMS, translate strategy into plans, coordinate cross-functional teams, improve workflows and tooling, enforce QA, and track campaign performance and experiments.

Own and execute subscriber retention programs end-to-end to reduce churn and improve LTV. Design save, cancellation, and win-back flows; partner with Marketing, Product, and Analytics; lead a retention analyst; measure program ROI and churn impact; and continuously iterate using retention best practices.

The TikTok Strategist & Creator will develop and execute a content strategy for RYZE, targeting Gen Z, managing the TikTok presence, and analyzing performance for growth.
