Provide hands-on field and remote technical support for hardware and software, perform installs and diagnostics on vehicles and trailers, train customers and OEMs, monitor product health, support pilots and pre-sales, and collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Development teams to resolve issues and improve customer experience.

Manage retention and growth of truck equipment and trailer business across the Northeastern US; build and maintain sales pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, prospect and close new accounts, support dealers and fleets, attend trade shows, collaborate with internal teams, handle post-sales follow-up, and travel frequently for field and manufacturing visits.

Drive and manage regional sales for PSI products across assigned Central US states. Grow new business and retain accounts with fleets, OEMs, and dealers; develop go-to-market strategies for telematics and inflation solutions; coordinate channel partners and internal teams to produce proposals, ROI analyses, and customer support; report market intelligence and represent PSI at industry associations.
