Full-time nanny and house manager supporting three children and a busy San Mateo household. Responsibilities include childcare, school and activity transportation, calendar and appointment management, meal preparation, errands, household organization, laundry, light cleaning, vendor coordination, dog care, vehicle upkeep, and occasional overnight or domestic/international travel. The role requires initiative, discretion, flexibility, reliable transportation, pediatric CPR and First Aid certification, and authorization to work in the United States.

Part-time house manager responsible for organizing and maintaining a family home, including laundry, tidying, light cleaning, inventory, errands, healthy snack preparation, household systems, property support, and occasional childcare. The role requires proactive judgment, strong organization, discretion, time management, reliable transportation, and comfort working with children ages 4–7. Duties also include coordinating donations, managing household supplies, preparing for events, maintaining vehicles and outdoor spaces, and conducting occasional vacation home checks.

Manage the principal’s personal calendar, appointments, travel, household purchases, errands, supplies, and vendor relationships. Coordinate weekly dinners and gatherings for 20–30 guests, including staffing, guest logistics, decor, rentals, and setup. Maintain household organization, oversee cleaning and property services, manage repairs, and handle deliveries, returns, donations, and dry cleaning. The role requires discretion, proactive communication, independent judgment, hospitality, and exceptional follow-through.
