Design and evaluate structural systems across life sciences, data centers, civic, education, mixed-use, and healthcare projects. Produce reports, calculations, and construction documents; coordinate with clients and teams; use structural design software and provide construction oversight.

The Senior BIM Designer organizes and issues construction drawings and project documents, resolves graphic conflicts, and supports MEP projects using Revit and AutoCAD. Responsibilities include leading CAD and BIM standards, training staff, and enhancing collaboration across disciplines.

Assist design, analysis, and testing of mechanical components and systems. Perform basic calculations (heat loads, air flows), prepare documentation, support material/equipment selection, collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams, and assist quality control and project milestone delivery.
