Leads complex Salesforce Data 360 customer engagements as a strategic technical advisor and subject matter expert. Designs data management, integration, transformation, and AI-data solutions; presents architecture options and roadmaps to customers and executives; manages risks, delivery quality, and client satisfaction. Partners with go-to-market teams to grow services and supports internal talent development through knowledge sharing, reusable assets, and best practices.

Develop and operate highly available cloud infrastructure and distributed backend systems across large public cloud environments. Build automation tools, infrastructure-as-code, microservices, and containerized platforms; troubleshoot complex production issues; improve reliability, resilience, and performance; manage technical debt; and participate in on-call support. The role focuses on DNS, cloud architecture, Linux systems, network technologies, CI/CD, monitoring, and large-scale infrastructure delivery.

Leads Salesforce’s global broad-based compensation strategy, governance, job architecture, pay structures, annual compensation programs, pay equity, transparency, analytics, AI modernization, and M&A compensation integration. Partners with executive leadership, Finance, Legal, Tax, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Employee Relations while building a high-performing global compensation team and strengthening enterprise decision-making, controls, and compensation capabilities.
