Manages the simulated participant program across four campuses, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, contracts, training, communications, engagement, feedback, budgeting, and event support. Develops standardized processes, coordinates faculty and simulation educators, maintains accreditation-related data, supports quality improvement, and operates simulation technology. The role also assists with human simulation accreditation, faculty training, scenario development, and program reporting.
