Own end-to-end deployment of signed compute partnerships, coordinating Engineering, GTM, customers, and providers through contract handoff, site readiness, hardware delivery, rack-and-stack, cluster bring-up, validation, and go-live. Manage concurrent GPU deployments, define milestones and acceptance criteria, track blockers, report status, and reconcile Bills of Materials against contracted technical specifications.

Partner with the CEO to drive strategy and execution, remove organizational bottlenecks, translate decisions into cross-functional action, and represent the CEO externally. Build domain knowledge of AI/ML, GPU finance, and datacenter deal dynamics while coordinating leadership alignment and ensuring measurable outcomes. Role requires daily in-person presence in San Francisco.

Own and build SFCompute’s governance, risk, and compliance function. Lead the SOC 2 Type 2 program, drive first-time ISO 27001 certification, establish enterprise risk management, design policies and controls, manage third-party risk, operate Vanta, oversee auditors, and hire and develop the GRC team.
