Develops and leads digital and public education communications for the Agency for Human Rights. Manages website and social media strategy, creates accessible content and campaigns, coordinates outreach with community partners, analyzes engagement metrics, supports media and public information materials, and maintains departmental communications calendar and brand consistency. Provides reports on trends and supports public records coordination and special projects.

Design, build, and maintain San Francisco's central data infrastructure and pipelines. Administer Snowflake, implement IaC with Terraform, build streaming and batch ETL/ELT, optimize SQL and warehouse performance, monitor platform health, and collaborate with analysts, data scientists, and city stakeholders to ensure secure, reliable data access.

Provides professional pharmacy services across SFDPH sites: reviews, compounds, dispenses medications; monitors drug therapy; counsels patients and staff; documents care and performs quality assurance. May supervise support staff and perform specialized duties depending on assignment (inpatient IV/chemotherapy prep, jail pharmacy oversight, behavioral health medication management, geriatrics, 340B coordination). Shift work and work in secure/psychiatric/jail settings may be required.
