Leads US application engineering across public and private sector engagements, building and scaling high-performing technical teams. Oversees end-to-end delivery of AI and software programs on the Symmetri Platform, ensuring quality, profitability, reusable components, and client value. Partners with Product to shape roadmaps, supports GTM activities and business development, develops senior client relationships, and drives innovation, technical excellence, talent development, and scalable delivery practices.

Forward Deployed Engineers embed with customers to identify operational problems, analyze imperfect data, rapidly prototype and deploy AI-powered solutions, and drive adoption. Responsibilities include building pipelines, models, dashboards, optimizers, agents, and operational applications; collaborating with stakeholders; training users; improving platform capabilities; and supporting follow-on customer opportunities. The role requires technical execution, product thinking, client partnership, commercial awareness, and significant travel.

Lead global marketing strategy and execution across brand, product marketing, digital, content, and events. Manage a central marketing team, own global product positioning and messaging, oversee digital channels and major events, develop sales collateral, and drive marketing-sourced pipeline in collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, Product, and Engineering.
