Participate in Sandisk’s Finance and Accounting Rotation Program across business finance, FP&A, operations finance, treasury, accounting, tax, and internal audit. Develop analytical, automation, AI, reporting, and presentation skills while collaborating with cross-functional teams. The program is designed for master’s candidates graduating in May or June 2027 and offers opportunities to explore multiple finance functions before specializing.

Supports the design, analysis, governance, and administration of executive compensation programs. Responsibilities include market benchmarking, peer analysis, financial modeling, incentive and equity scenario analysis, Compensation and Talent Committee materials, proxy and SEC disclosure support, and program execution. Partners with senior leaders, HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Stock Administration, and external consultants to ensure competitive, compliant, and strategically aligned executive compensation programs.

Supports product standard costing, inventory planning and valuation, COGS forecasting, cost analytics, and financial reporting. Maintains cost data in GMPL, investigates exceptions, analyzes manufacturing cost trends, and partners with Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and IT. Builds dashboards and analytical tools using Excel, Power Query, and Power BI while improving finance processes through automation, AI, system enhancements, documentation, and controls.
