Lead hardware architecture, design, and development of high-performance test and validation platforms. Define system-level architectures, drive technical decisions, oversee PCB/PCB layout and SI/PI, mentor engineers, collaborate cross-functionally (FPGA, firmware, mechanical, manufacturing), and lead bring-up, validation, root-cause analysis, and production release.

Design, build, and maintain finance dashboards and reports (daily to yearly) using BI tools. Extract and analyze financial data with SQL, support budgeting/forecasting, automate recurring reports, ensure data accuracy and governance, and provide actionable insights to finance, accounting, and leadership stakeholders.

Lead supply chain planning analysis and scenario-based planning to balance demand, supply, capacity, and inventory. Develop constraint-based plans, improve forecast accuracy, drive material/resource optimization, support cross-functional reviews, and implement continuous improvement and process standardization using advanced planning systems.
