Own customer support tickets from intake through closure for the Sapio lab informatics platform. Triage issues, assign severity, meet SLAs, reproduce problems, review logs and diagnostics, investigate data and configuration, develop workarounds, and escalate verified defects. Communicate clearly with laboratory users and IT teams across hosted and customer-hosted environments. Create knowledge articles and runbooks, contribute to root-cause analysis, identify recurring trends, and improve support processes and tooling.
