Hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud solution architect responsible for end-to-end implementation, solution design, and configuration across Core HR, Recruiting, Time & Labor, Payroll and related modules. Create functional specs, queries, test cases/scripts, and lead functional reviews. Implement VBS personalizations and Oracle Redwood UI, validate data, and support all SDLC test phases. Requires extensive experience (15 years) as a business/applications or system analyst supporting Oracle HCM Cloud.

Design and implement high-performance simulation software, numerical algorithms, workflow orchestration, APIs and data schemas. Integrate with enterprise data sources, cloud and GPUs, and ensure production quality via testing, profiling, observability, CI/CD, and secure coding.

The consultant will lead the full lifecycle implementation of SAP SuccessFactors modules, ensuring accurate data migration, configuration, and post-go-live support.
