Teams at Sardine

Serve as a technical advisor to prospective customers, supporting Account Executives with fraud and compliance discovery, customized product demonstrations, RFPs, security reviews, and solution designs. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve Sardine’s platform and sales processes. Communicate complex technical and business concepts to global clients and contribute to revenue growth in a remote-first environment.

Own integration program plans for complex enterprise engagements, including milestones, dependencies, timelines, feature requests, governance, RACI structures, communications, and project-health reporting. Serve as the primary client contact, coordinate Engineering, Product, Integrations, and Solutions teams, manage risks and expectations, and provide technical insight to help prioritize and resolve client needs across concurrent engagements.

Conduct applied research on foundation models for real-time fraud detection using large-scale behavioral and sequential data. Design experiments, benchmarks, holdouts, and monitoring systems; develop models from data preparation through deployment; and optimize training and inference efficiency. Collaborate with engineering, client-facing teams, legal, compliance, and customers to productionize models and establish explainability, governance, and risk documentation.
