Responsibilities include hiring and developing staff, rent collection, delinquency procedures, resident retention, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, marketing, vendor and contractor oversight, safety compliance, capital project identification, curb appeal, and risk management. The manager also reviews financial performance, approves invoices, ensures policy compliance, and drives operational and revenue objectives.
