Establishes repeatable launch frameworks, measures program performance, supports partner readiness, and uses pilot feedback to improve product releases and go-to-market execution.

Leads end-to-end Lending and Deposit product implementations for financial institution partners, from kickoff through go-live. Manages project plans, risks, stakeholder communication, requirements workshops, configurations, integrations, testing, escalations, and launch readiness across banking platforms, credit bureaus, and vendors. Serves as the primary partner contact, coordinates cross-functional delivery, supports handoffs, and improves implementation processes and documentation.
