Lead administration of a $300M legal aid grant portfolio, manage a 20+ person grants team, ensure fiscal integrity and compliance, advance strategic plans, engage stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in grantmaking operations.

Perform and review complex compliance reviews and investigative audits of attorneys' trust accounts to ensure compliance with laws and Rules of Professional Conduct. Analyze records, prepare findings and reports, recommend corrective actions, review external accountants' work, lead engagement teams, and communicate findings and training to licensees and management.

Lead design and execution of test strategies and automation across the software lifecycle. Develop automated and manual tests, validate integrations and data flows, integrate automation into CI/CD, monitor quality metrics, triage defects, produce documentation, participate in release readiness and risk assessments, and mentor junior testers to improve quality and delivery.
