Supervises site employees and temporary staff, coordinates daily work, and ensures sanitation, OSHA, quality, and safety compliance. Responsibilities include training, inspections, employee coaching and discipline, reporting, inventory and equipment tracking, corrective actions, recordkeeping, and resolving customer or personnel issues. The role may involve forklift and pallet jack use, lifting up to 35 pounds, and some travel.

Oversee GMP program activities in assigned areas, ensure compliance with SOPs, maintain inventories and logbooks, perform inspections, train staff, track equipment maintenance and supplies, report incidents, and recommend improvements to safety and operations.

Coordinates site and business operations to meet customer expectations, company goals, budgets, and timelines. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance, supporting managers, maintaining customer relationships, improving operational performance, guiding internal teams, resolving process issues, documenting procedures, coordinating compliance training, and reporting on document control performance.
