Build, deploy, and maintain end-to-end AI applications integrating ML models into web and mobile apps. Develop backend services and REST APIs, create responsive frontends, manage databases, and handle MLOps and containerized deployments. Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and designers to scale AI-driven products.

Provide hands-on Linux system administration and infrastructure support: install/configure servers, manage virtualization and storage, automate with Ansible, monitor and patch systems, handle backups, network/device configuration, user/access management, troubleshoot issues, and maintain documentation. Support after-hours and data center hardware tasks.

Provide escalated IT support and VIP support for Korean-speaking executives, run on-call rotations, handle complex incidents, produce KPI reports from Zendesk, manage ticket analysis and escalation processes, coordinate cross-functional teams, deploy/maintain security tools, and perform Windows/Mac/Linux endpoint management and troubleshooting.

Provide Linux systems administration and operational support: install, configure, monitor, patch, and troubleshoot servers, virtualization, storage, network equipment and infrastructure tools; maintain security posture, backups, automation (Ansible), deployment (Foreman), and Tier III support. Perform hardware moves, after-hours support, and liaise with vendors.

Lead business development, design and quote WAN/LAN and security solutions, negotiate carrier contracts, and manage end-to-end network projects and client accounts. Serve as primary incident contact, perform RCAs, drive project P&L, and provide reporting and vendor collaboration.
