Provide bilingual (Korean/English) first-line IT support via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalate complex problems, maintain records and KB articles, install/configure software and OS, perform routine maintenance, and train end-users while collaborating with other IT teams.

Provide Linux systems administration and operations support: install/configure servers and virtualization, manage storage and network equipment, maintain Atlassian and DevOps tools, apply patches, perform backups, monitoring, security and recovery, automate tasks, and provide Tier III support including after-hours and on-site hardware movement.

Provide on-site IT support including installing/configuring hardware and software, troubleshooting, server rack-and-stack, backups, asset management and audits, documentation, and first-line user support for systems and Linux-based environments.

Perform installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of Linux/Windows servers and related infrastructure. Manage virtualization, storage, network equipment, automation (Ansible, Foreman), monitoring, backups, security patching/compliance, and Tier III troubleshooting. Support EDA tools/FlexLM, asset management, and perform rack-and-stack and after-hours support as needed.

Lead business development, design and quote WAN/LAN and security solutions, negotiate carrier contracts, and manage end-to-end network projects and client accounts. Serve as primary incident contact, perform RCAs, drive project P&L, and provide reporting and vendor collaboration.
