Administer and engineer Linux and Windows infrastructure, virtualization, storage, networking, backups, monitoring, security patches, and DevOps tools. Install and migrate servers, manage VMware environments, configure enterprise services, troubleshoot hardware and software, maintain procedures and security compliance, provide Tier III support, and optimize system performance. The role also requires occasional after-hours and weekend support, hardware handling, and coordination with vendors and technical teams.

Provide bilingual (Korean/English) first-line IT support via phone, email, and in-person. Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalate complex problems, maintain records and KB articles, install/configure software and OS, perform routine maintenance, and train end-users while collaborating with other IT teams.
