Coordinates clinical trial activities from study start-up through closeout, including participant recruitment, screening, informed consent, enrollment, follow-up, protocol compliance, data collection, regulatory documentation, and adverse-event reporting. Collaborates with investigators, project managers, sponsors, vendors, and multidisciplinary teams to meet enrollment and retention goals. Supports monitoring, audits, hybrid trial execution, process improvement, training, and participant safety while complying with GCP, FDA, HIPAA, and applicable regulations.

Manages end-to-end pharmaceutical and biotech clinical studies, including planning, execution, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, data issues, compliance, and closeout. Leads multidisciplinary study teams, serves as the primary client contact, oversees vendors and training, monitors performance metrics, supports audits, and coordinates communication among sponsors and internal and external stakeholders.
