Run MBRs/QBRs, drive product adoption and compliance outcomes (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI DSS, HIPAA, CCPA, GDPR), identify and mitigate churn risk using data, advocate customer needs to product and leadership, and become a product expert to guide best practices.
