Manages global auditor development, compliance, performance tracking, qualification records, witness audits, training, calibration, and remediation. Partners with Quality Assurance, HR, Learning & Development, program leaders, and subject-matter experts to improve auditor quality, safety, and experience. Supports APSCA reporting and examinations, accreditation requirements, process harmonization, best-practice sharing, and auditor-related systems including Salesforce and learning management platforms.

Lead Forest Management and Chain of Custody auditor conducting audits to FSC, PEFC, SFI, SBP and other schemes. Produce high-quality audit reports, make certification decisions, perform quality control and witness audits, coordinate with clients and auditors, support training and program development, track client non-conformances, and provide technical and administrative support. Role requires domestic and international travel as needed.

Lead Forest Management and Chain of Custody auditor performing onsite audits, preparing high-quality reports, making certification decisions, ensuring quality control, training and supporting auditors, managing client communications, and implementing program and accreditation procedures. Role requires domestic and international travel and technical expertise in forestry certification standards.

Lead design, implementation, and continuous improvement of assurance frameworks for sustainability standards and certification programs. Oversee certification body approval and evaluations, develop protocols and claims governance, monitor regulatory and market developments, and provide technical advisory services on chain of custody, claims substantiation, and conformity assessment.
