Designs, develops, tests, debugs, documents, and deploys scalable software applications. Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, developing frontend and backend solutions, working with databases, APIs, cloud platforms, microservices, serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipelines. The role participates throughout the software development lifecycle, contributes to architecture and technology standards, collaborates with cross-functional and distributed teams, and explores emerging technologies including AI-powered development tools and AI-integrated capabilities.

Leads a software development team, managing people, resources, priorities, project execution, and technical escalations. Oversees Azure dashboards and telemetry, Terraform provisioning, GitHub security, Jira issues, security reviews, support workflows, SLAs, change management, licensing, and budgets. Collaborates with product, project, engineering, help desk, and executive teams while driving technical alignment, development efficiency, and team growth.

Leads the architecture, implementation, security, monitoring, and support of Azure and enterprise infrastructure environments. Owns Active Directory, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Egnyte, networking, storage, and systems policies. Resolves complex infrastructure issues, leads risk assessments and automation initiatives, evaluates vendors and tools, mentors junior engineers, and supports capacity planning, budgeting, and strategic technology decisions.
